Job Description

– Check monthly and annual tax return which subordinates already prepared
– Ensure the companies’ compliance with Cambodia Tax Law and related regulations
– Ensure the preparation, review and analysis all source of documents of the monthly tax, annual tax returns, and other taxes properly, accurately and on time
– Maintain effective controls procedures over all aspects of tax process
– Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures
– Ensure completeness and proper documentation of tax supporting documents
– Proactively gain tax knowledge and eliminate or minimize tax risk exposure
– Control over tasks assign to teamwork
– Leading, guiding, organizing, managing, and training subordinates
– Review all questions or requests, liaise, prepare responses and dealing with client/tax officers effectively
– Guide and provide training for team and all concerning department if needed
– Prepare monthly report/planning to Management Team
– Other tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirement

– Successfully graduated bachelor degrees in accounting, taxation or other related field
– Priority for tax agent certificate and members of ACCA
– Knowledge of Law on Taxation, Accounting and Auditing
– Good computer skill including Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, GDT E-filing/Desk app or any other accounting software
– High responsibility, patience, honesty, flexibility, good manner, communication skill
– High ability to deal with problems in urgent situation
– Have management and leadership skills
– More than 2 ~ 4 years solid experiences in Cambodia corporate tax
– Good verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English. Knowing other languages is advantage
– Actively involve in new or challenging projects, can be a team leader to maintain a good working environment with the junior and senior team
– Ability to conceptualize, develop and present new ideas, approached and solutions
– Outstanding ability of effectively managing multiple engagements independently and under time pressure and tight deadline
