Job Description

– Report to CEO and Chairman of the company
– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customers’ needs
– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
– Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
– Develop new market segments and improve market coverage
– Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and technical advices on products and services
– Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
– Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
– Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences and other events
– Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections
– Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
– Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
– To proceed all quotations and offers, sale contracts, debt collection and all official letters related to customers
– To provide sales forecasts
– Other sales tasks assigned by the CEO and Chairman.

Job Requirement

– Civil engineer/Degree
– Experience at least 3 years as Sales Manager
– Experience in concrete and/or construction industry is an advantage
– Proficiency in English and Khmer
– Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office
– Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
– Fast learner and passion for sales
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
– Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
– Communication and team working skills.
