Job Description
– Assist HR Manager & Team Leader in recruitment progress.
– Record/Control staff attendant, leave, OT, Keeping hard-soft copy Related Document.
– Assist HR Team Leader on worker register and key in date for HR system (finger print, Document, Photo & issued ID card).
– Monthly Update staff list, staff contact information.
– In-Charge issued staff uniform. Etc.
– Any tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
– Business English
– Business Thai Language <Preferred>
– Accuracy and precision in general work, high Excel ability
– Logical thinking ability, legal information gathering/interpreting ability
– Communication skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills with employees (especially operators)
– Ability to build a network for recruitment
– Responsible person who can complete the work on time
– Fair, serious, and trustworthy person.
