Job Description

This role is to supervises all accounting related works in the department in day to day operations and give guidance and review to work smoothly and accurately.
– Supervises Accounting staff in day to day operations including AP/AR, revenue and asset accounting including reconciliations
– Review all transaction supported sufficiently and appropriately by related documentations
– Review monthly bank reconciliation statement for all bank accounts (daily & monthly) are up to the date & correctly on time
– Review & Verify on Loan repayment, Loan disbursement to ensure follow the company’s policy, or guidance
– Review accounting transaction to record in accounting system corrected and on time
– Insist preparing monthly & yearly tax declaration
– Handle monthly report to MEF and other related parties on time
– Assist line manager to implement procedure, process and internal control
– Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
– Assist admin work for any require
– Another Task assigned by Manager

Job Requirement

– High IQ (more than 6/10 points)
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
– At least 2-3 years of experience Accountant, AR/AP, etc and have knowledge of Tax and Quickbooks
– Business English skills good enough to communicate naturally with foreign staff
– Strong organizational and stress management skills
– Strong commitment and detail oriented, and punctual
– Able to use Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Emails) especially Excel and Quickbooks

Priority

– Working Experience in Fintech companies or MFI sector
– Not knowing only a part of accounting but have knowledge of overall accounting flow and complicated transactions
– Working experience under a foreign boss and a start up company
– Not a job hopper and working experience in one company more than 3 years
