Job Description
– Perform accurate and efficient counter transactions and offer a professional service to customers
– Provide back office support by performing account maintenance and other required duties.
– Introduce/promote company service and product for customer satisfaction.
– Perform marketing activities as required.
– Perform other related tasks which are assigned by Superiors from time to time.
– Maintain good customer relations and refer customers to appropriate staff for new services to promote business for the bank
– Assist the supervisor to support marketing and analyzing securities-related information.
Job Requirement
– Degree holders relating to securities or financial sector
– Minimum 2 years of experience in financial sectors, especially in securities field
– Must have at least Good language level in English
– Computer literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
– Good interpersonal skill, High integrity and positive attitude
– Self-motivated, independent and willing to work in fast-facing environment.
Priority
– Marketing/Public Relations experience in securities or bank is a plus
– Advanced knowledge in banking operations
– Hold the SERC license or passed the SERC of training and examination for approved person is priority.
– Have worked in an international company under a foreigner boss, especially a Japanese boss
– At least 3 years of consistent work length in previous companies is preferred.
