Job Description

– Responsible for developing and implementing the future sales and sales operating model, including optimizing the sales process, developing sales programs, and conducting sales training. The overall focus of the position is to ensure sales force effectiveness and efficiency in Frontline Sales while closing the gap between global strategies and local execution in terms of Capabilities.
– Create and articulate a capability roadmap and blueprint for the sales organization, in line with the organization’s strategic priorities towards building a future-ready sales organization.
– Identifying Functional Sales Capability competencies for the field-force across levels (from ASM to Distributor Sales Representative) & channels (general trade, modern trade, emerging channels)
– Optimizing sales process by developing and implementing a Sales Excellence plan and initiatives that drive and standardize sales process compliance and best practices, while harvesting synergies across the organization and functions
– Development and implementation of Sales Excellence training programs continuously improving the competency and effectiveness of the salesforce.
– Driving people development agenda and build talent pool in Sales
– Develop and further embed the principles of Carlsberg’s Professional Selling Skills as learned from programs and focus on the development needs of the individual salespeople.
– Measuring the effectiveness of the training content dissemination with linkages to the overall business.
– Design cutting-edge training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and job simulation to meet the Competency gaps.
– Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees.
– Lead by example and actively support EHS activities within your area and be accountable for EHS awareness and performance under your area of responsibility.
– Ensure to comply with the Group and local EHS policies and standards.
– Ensure adequate risk assessments are carried out, involving employees and contractors, during the development of the safe work procedures for the activities to be performed under your scope.
– Ensure all personnel under your control are adequately trained about the risk associated with their jobs.
– Ensure the third-party temporary labor worker working in your area are adequately trained and comply with the site EHS rules.
– Ensure adequate PPE is available for employees and contractors working under your area.
– Ensure that periodic inspections are conducted to identify EHS concerns and action plans have been developed and implemented to eliminate EHS issues from its source.
– Ensure employees and contractors under their supervision have at least one personnel performance priorities are related to EHS activity or topic.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering degree or related fields.
– 3-5 years’ experience within a manufacturing/ maintenance environment.
– Experience in dealing with service contractors and spare parts suppliers.
– English (spoken and written) – an advantage.
– Willing to learn and drive for results.
– Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate, work together to all levels,s and empower people.
– Innovative in problem-solving.
– Good technological skills: Microsoft Office software like Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and more.
