Job Description

– Work on Systems like ERP, FieldBi and other tech projects.
– Guide sales team to understand the processes, tools and technologies and lead the in-field execution.
– Develop and control monthly sales departments KPI and incentive.
– Monitor and update Salesforce data including importing, exporting, and mass updating of data.
– Control Mobile Application (FieldBi).
– Develop Sale Report weekly/monthly.
– Control all activities related to telemarketing.
– Work closely with system providers related to maintenance, updating, and adjustment.
– Other tasks assign by Managers.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Sales/Related field.
– Have experiences in working with system (Mobile Application, ERP, FieldBi).
– English (Very good in Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening)
– Demonstrates sound business judgment, leadership, and the ability to think and act strategically and independently.
– Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
– Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
– Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
– Takes initiative to generate and nurture collaborative relationships and alliances across the company.
– Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
– Self-directed, highly motivated, takes initiative, possesses good business acumen and has excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Priority

– Experiences Sales and/or Marketing experience is a plus.
– Experiences Mobile Application & FieldBi is a plus.
