Job Description

– Getting elevator and escalator inquiry by developing customer and preparing quotation in certain range of projects and/or customers Securing elevator and escalator order and customer handling (presentation, negotiation and finalizing contract) in certain range of projects and/or customers.
– Handling for secured job until contract effective and issuing equipment purchase order within the time flame required by the customer together with Sales Engineers
– Closing contract for new sales activities and collection of down payment
– Job handling over to Logistic/Procurement Section for further contract execution
– Support making Business Plan of each fiscal year
– Establishing customers network and developing distribution strategies
– Organizing market and economic research
– Other assignments from Supervisors and Managements

Job Requirement

For sales position, we are interested in the candidate who is freshman who graduates from universities listed below and being interested in construction, building, elevator & escalator business:
RUPP, RULE, Norton, Mekong, ITC
– Cambodia Nationality Only
– Have a Bachelor Degree
– Age: not over than 30
– Good English Skill (required to communicate with Japanese and Thai Management)
– IT Literacy (Microsoft/ Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Having General Business Manner.
– Most Preferable is Highly-Motivated Ones who want to be the Professional in field.


– Advantages if candidate has experience of sales of machinery products (for those who have experience of sales of elevator and escalator are desirable)
– Work Experience in the related fields (elevator, electronic, construction companies)


– Transportation (Included parking fee) allowance (After probation period)
