JOB DESCRIPTION
– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
– Track competitors and learn their client base
– Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
– Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
– Present products to potential customers and prepare samples
– Ensure the availability of stock with Operations for sales and demonstrations
– Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
– Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
– Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
– Create a CRM database/gather & record customer/prospect feedback
– Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
– Track and review sales performance
– Do tasks required by the CEO
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing
– Possess at least 3 years work experience in sales or marketing
– Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
– Detail oriented
– Resourceful, hard-working, and self-motivated
– Possesses honesty and integrity
– Self-motivated and driven by targets
– Resilient
