– Lead Generation/Pre-sales/Client Interaction in the showroom.
– Provide information verbally clearly and effectively in the showroom.
– Call customers over the phone to explain about real estate.
– Contact customers through email; respond to customer queries; also respond to feedback.
– To skillfully execute sales plans, and explain the location advantages of the project to customers.
– To discover customers through the resources provided by the company and achieve sales goals per month.
– Preparing Quotations/Estimations and closing the lead.
– To handle house purchase procedures, arrange to sign “Commercial Housing Sales Contract”, collect customer loan information.
– Experience in the real estate industry.
– Be familiar with Phnom Penh’s real estate market.
– Cheerful personality, good at communication, strong expression skills.
– Able to speak and write Chinese good level.
– Able to visit the site if needed.
– Able to speak English.
