Job Description
This position will be stationed in the office, and will perform both sales and administrative duties, including preparing contracts and other documents, making sales and payment information calls, and providing support for branch general affairs operations.
-Support Sales department
-Management of control system
-Handle deposit processing
-Handle basic accounting tasks
– Sales and payment call to the customers and give cleared information on the phone
-Prepare documents and contracts and other required paper works
-Attend meetings and write minutes (notes) in English
-Do other jobs assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
-Able to speak and write in English at good level
-Able to use PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
-Able to cooperate with other staff
-Not job hopper
-Open personality and not hesitate to call the phone
Priority
– Experience from financial industry especially in Micro finance industry
– Experience of Admin or Indoor Sales position
