Job Description
– Follow up customers to collect monthly installment payments on time.
– Prepare sale contract when there is new customer.
– Assist customer’s inquiries per the company’s SOP.
– Prepare and process documents per customer’s request such as change name, change land plot, etc.
– Handover the title deed to customers when customers complete the installments.
– Keep record (soft and hard copies) of administrative documents such as sale contracts, requested forms, and/or any compliance forms.
– Process house handover to customers.
– Complete tasks assigned by the supervised manager.
Job Requirement
– Good verbal communication within team and customers.
– Be honest and pay attention to detail.
– Be responsible, reliable in work.
– Uphold integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
– Be fluent in English and Khmer in both written and verbal communication.
– Have proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
– Be a fast learner.
