Job Description
▪ Leading team and control job site situation and report to manager.
▪ Respond to customer inquiries which related to removals work such as meeting with customer to discuss
about the moving plan, performance, and quotation issue.
▪ Provides customer support service by answering telephone calls, E-mail in Japanese/English which
related to removals works.
▪ Prepare documents in English for Client and internal operation.
▪ Resolve customer complaints.
▪ Create, sending shipping document to destination.
▪ Other execute instruction from Manager/GM.
Job Requirement
▪ Japanese (N2/N1) and English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
▪ Basic knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Office.
▪ Flexible manner and ability to work.
▪ Knowledge of Freight Forwarding/Logistic is preferable.
▪ Flexible mind, willing to learn new things and adapt to international working environment.
