Job Description
– Manage/Lead Business Registration Office
– Make sure all the team members are following the service operation procedures/workflow
– Constantly give input for the development/improvement of the service operation procedures/workflow
– Analyze team’s capacity as well as individual’s capacity regularly and suggest external trainings or prepare internal trainings to strengthen the team or individual so as to maximize team’s ability to handle as many projects as possible
– Constantly ensure the service quality to clients
– Closely support all the team members to have the project done successfully and timely
– Join with management team in strategic work formulation, implementation and follow up
– Follow up the project progress and produce reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, semester and annually) for CEO
– Build and maintain good relationship with all relevant public sectors and clients
– Manage the update on relevant law that could impact the service operation, do the risk assessment and suggest solution accordingly
– Involve in developing new services
– Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirement
– Bachelor degree of law, Management, or related field
– Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
– Knowledge and experience of administrative work
– Good English proficiency
– Knowledge of advanced computer application (Word and Excel)
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Have some experience in leadership and management

– Can speak Chinese
– Can use Google drive
– Ability to work under pressure and being flexible in working hours
– Being committed to have work done with deadline
