Job Description

– Develop hiring strategies and plans
– Updating the current things and designing new recruiting procedures
– Recruit, interview, screen for vacant positions
– Implement new sourcing methods
– Ensure positive candidate skills and experiences matches the title
– Update the Job Description of each department every three months
– Perform sourcing to fill the open positions based on the deadline
– Identify the areas of improvement or weakness in recruitment plans, strategies, and processes
– Prepare job posting online (Social Network)
– Prepare Job posting on Employment Web Pages
– Cooperate with Job Agency Companies (if applicable)
– Organize or attend career fairs or other events
– Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleagues, and other parties
– Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
– Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding
– Stay up-to-date on labor legislation about changes in regulations
– Be involved in the identification, assessment, development planning, and review of successors.
– Update succession recruitment plan annually
– Assist and support work with other departments in term of seeking qualified applicants
– Assist in preparing training and development (internal and external)
– Assist in preparing any parties or events, such as Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year, Dinner Gathering, or Annual Trip
– Assist and Support work with HR Supervisor
– Make weekly / monthly/yearly report and submit to HR Supervisor
– Other tasks as assigned by HR Supervisor

Job Requirement

– Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or Equivalent
– At least 2 years in a recruitment role
– Must have time management skill
– Understanding of all selection methods and technique
– Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
– Be able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– Be able to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Plus)
– Must be very good at English
– Has basic job knowledge
– Good Communication Skill
– Has the knowledge of Labor law
– Excellent work attitude and open-minded
– Excellent in adapting to changes
– Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
– Come up with crazy ideas
