Job Description

– Greet walk-in customers and other visitors and escort them to specific destinations
– Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls
– Copy, file, and maintain documents and record
– Answer questions to customer through Facebook page, Instagram, and Website.
– Do skin analyzing for customers
– Work closely with doctor
– Ensuring all material and equipment are available in Doctors room or patients room; Request order if need.
– Ensuring to provide proper information with health care to patients
– Respond to patient requirements
– Customer service engagement

– Able to communicate in English or other languages
– Able to use Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
