JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is in charge of customer service and travel arrangements for Japanese travelers, mainly those visiting Siem Reap on vacation.
– Work as a Receptionist for the tourists in the front office
– Manage reservations for clients visiting from Japan
– Arrangement of vehicles or any other necessary stuffs for local travel
– Support the Japanese Inbound staffs with translating and documentation
– Customer support by telephone
– Ticket and hotel arrangements and other general travel services
– Mail-based operations with the head office in Japan
JOB REQUIREMENT
– 1 year of experience or Fresh graduate in Tourism and Hospitality or related fields
– Able to speak Japanese at N3 level (no necessary N certificate)
– Basic English skills (daily conversational level)
– Basic PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
– Open personality and Good communication skills
PRIORITY
– Working experience in an hotel, travel or tourist agency
– Working experience in an international company
– Can use Japanese at advanced
