Job Description
– Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities.
– Undertake cost analysis for repair, maintenance project work.
– Assist in establishing clients requirement and undertake feasibility studies.
– Perform risk, value management and cost control.
– Advise on procurement strategy.
– Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
– Prepare and analyses costings for tenders.
– Allocate work to contractors.
– Provide design guidance to client and colleagues as well as construction staff to adapt company design standard.
– Able to assess cost affects when changes to the project occur; delays, variations and change orders
– Negotiate prices.
– Source all suppliers to search materials selection.
– Follow up with suppliers to ensure design specifications have been met.
– Always do the site inspection to make sure the construction meets the company’s standard.
– Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant field;
– Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant field;
– Practical / hands‐on experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimating of Borey projects
– Extensive knowledge of ACAD, REVIT & MS‐Office.
– Good interpretation and understanding of each project scope & estimation with respect to execution of project;
– Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer;
– Self‐directed and highly‐motivated;
– Able to work in a fast‐paced and deadline‐driven environment;
– Detail‐oriented, dependable and trustworthy;
– Able to work under pressure and within tight working schedules.
