– Manage day-to-day PR, communications, media engagement, and influencer programs locally, regionally, and globally.
– Proactively identify, establish and maintain positive relationships with press, media, influencers, and endorsees across key industries, verticals, and regions.
– Craft messaging, pitches, and story angles for B2B and B2C PR, social media, and influencer campaigns, taking ownership and running them start to finish.
– Provide media counsel to senior management, partner with company spokespeople to anticipate questions, and prepare responses for speaking engagements, interviews, and articles.
– Measure and report results in terms of return on investment (ROI) and return on objectives (ROO) in relation to key company goals of brand awareness, perception, and sentiment, along with demand measures of increasing website traffic and direct sales.
– Bachelor’s degree or above.
– Advanced level in Chinese and good level in English.
– Extensive knowledge, media contacts, and experience managing PR and communications for real estate.
– Managing and executing both regional and global PR and media campaigns
– Experience identifying, recruiting, and implementing influencer, brand ambassador, and endorsement/celebrity programs for consumer-facing brands and establishing relationships.
