Job Description
– Defend qualities and schedules of handling projects
– Analyze, plan, and business requirements with internal clients, and break down it for project members and the project director who is working with you
– Assign and oversee the main tasks of projects, and help the project director and the project leader to assign daily tasks of project members while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
– Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
– Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives through discussion with product owners
– Support the project leader to research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
– Arrange team members for managing projects with managers in the technical department
– Track and document approved changes to software baseline.
– Support generation of metrics for project progress and quality
Job Requirement
– Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
– Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
– Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
– Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
– International level of managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles
– Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
– Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

– Great interpersonal and communication skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, computer science, related field, or equivalent in exp.
Priority
