Job Description

– Project Planning: They assist in defining project objectives, creating project schedules, and developing resource allocation plans. They collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure that project goals, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and achievable.
– Coordination and Communication: Effective coordination and communication are essential for project success, and the Junior Project Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating this.
– Vendor Management: The Junior Project Coordinator assists in managing vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
– Site Surveys and Permitting: For projects involving physical installations or construction, the Junior Project Coordinator assists in conducting site surveys to gather necessary information and assess any potential challenges or risks.
– Logistics and Installation Coordination are critical aspects of project management, and the Junior Project Coordinator supports these activities.
– Quality Assurance: Maintaining high-quality standards is essential in any project, and the Junior Project Coordinator assists in implementing quality assurance processes.
– Reporting to Project Manager: The Junior Project Coordinator provides regular updates and reports to the project manager.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor degree in Management, IT, Engineering, Education, or Related fields.
– English skills are a must, good to advance (Most clients are foreigners)
– Experience at least a year of work in a company.
– PC skills: Word, Excels, and AutoCAD.
