Job Description
– Daily activity for production management and quality check
– Check the sample’s quality submitted by factory and feedback if it has bad point
– Check the production process in factory and arrange it to make better productivity
– Advise to the workers about the production method following customer’s order
– Put eyes on production process and alert if it seems getting late
– Support Japanese manager to translate between Khmer and Japanese
– Interpret between Japanese manager and local workers and convey Japanese manager’s direction and order
– Take care of visitors from Japanese headquarter
– Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
– Experience of production management in garment factory
– Able to speak and write Japanese at least N3 level
– Able to translate between Khmer and Japanese
– Able to use Microsoft Office
– Able to work at PPSEZ
