JOB DESCRIPTION
Main responsibility of this position will include preparing shipments to Japan, filling out forms in Japanese, inspections, and assisting production control.
– Check production line, work progress of workers and make report
– Interpret from Japanese to Khmer so that Japanese staffs can communicate with local workers and staffs at the factory
-Translate and fill out forms and documents between Japanese and Khmer
– Product inventory management
– Ensure operation activities are fully compliant with the Client Standard Committed to the agreed timeline with reliable data quality to Japan
– Maintain good relationships and work proactively with counter- parts (both internal and external) to ensure operation excellence
– Monitor cleaner, securities and check their daily report
– Other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Able to speak Japanese at daily conversation
– Able to translate between Japanese and Khmer both writing and speaking
– Able to work nearby PPSEZ
– Able to use PC at Good level (Excel, Word)
– Have high sense of responsibility and good at communication.
PRIORITY
– Able to speak English at good level
– Have been working in Japan or in Japanese company
– Able to use Excel at an advanced level
– Bachelor’s degree of Business Management/ Administration
– Experience in manufacturing factory is preferable
