Job Description

The duties of this department include making production plans, managing parts ordering, controlling daily production schedules, logistics planning, inventory control etc. They will work closely with and report to the factory manager of the company.
Your main responsibilities are:

– Make Production plan such as annual production plan, half-year production plan, monthly production plan and vehicle delivery plan
– Manage Parts ordering with the other departments
– Manage production control such as creating a daily production schedule, monitoring progress of each vehicle, adjusting production schedule, reporting production results etc.
– Manage Master Parts List (CPL), update list follow NPC & ECI
(*CPL = Component Parts List, NPC = Notice of Parts Change, ECI = Engineering Change Instruction.)
– Parts Change Instruction to Logistics and Assembly, QC team, Follow up result and report
– Communicate widow with Sales company for Vehicle delivery documentation
– Create VIN Instruction sheet and follow stamped result (VIN = Vehicle Identification Number)

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Good to Advanced English
– Computer literacy able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
– Good numeracy skills enough to make production plan, analyze and interpret data effectively
– Excellent communication skills to work closely with related parties
– Work experience in an international company with a foreign manager

Priority

– Work experience in an automotive related industry
– Experience in high-standard work environment (no legal violation)
– Able to speak in Japanese is an advantage
