Job Description
– Maintain on-hand, in-transit inventory visibility to facilitate internal communication regarding inventory levels and inventory focus
– Monitor sell-through, provide action plans to reduce inventory of aged/discontinued items
– Assist monitor purchase cycle, order quantities and issuance of purchase order & documents issue
– Maintain and check for supply pricing records and review new quotation from suppliers for comparison
– Liaise and communicate with cross teams on logistics and shipping matters to ensure visibility of orders and on-time receipt
– Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly category sales performance report, product sales productivity, profitability and inventory position
– Prepare and maintain pricing sheet for sales team
– Support additional business needs and projects as assigned
Job Requirement
– At least 2 years of experience in procurement or related field(s)
– Experience in liaising with Spirits/Wines/Cigar/Tobacco would be a plus
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Energetic, agile and driven to impact with growth mind-set
– Resourceful, Independent and self-motivated
– Able to work independently, multi-task and manage time
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Fluent in English and Mandarin (for business communication needs)
