Job Description
– Prepare proposals to address customer functional, technical, and financial etc. expectations.
– Contribute to build RFI and RFP to address customer requirements.
– Proactively look for creative ways to position the value of our solutions offerings, domain expertise and business functional knowledge at a high level.
– Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of offered technologies and similar technologies to effectively compare, compete and position in the market.
– Effectively follow up customers to track their satisfaction level and create additional revenue opportunities.
– Help identify and communicate approaches to improve our offerings and internal processes to meet new requirement.
– Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, and screen-share and in person meetings.
– Effectively communicate and coordinate with our vendors.
Job Requirement
– Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science
– At least 4-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
– Keen to update and learn new technologies.
– Good Teamwork.
– Effectively communicate at various levels.
– Build customer relationships
– English at good level.
