Job Description
– Monitor the number of customers who late payment
– Call customers every month to promote payment by using appropriate phrase, strategies, and method
– Explain our policy and rule to the customer
– Consult with manager to solve problems or request additional forces if necessary
Job Requirement
– Graduated BA or in year 4 ( major related in Finance and Banking, Business Administration is better)
– Be able to use Microsoft word and excel, computer application and email at a basic level
– Understand English at a basic level in writing/reading
– Good communication skill, behaviors, and personality
– Accepting AP culture, such as coming to work early and participating in cleaning
