Job Description
– Overseeing office management
– Responsible for organizing travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travailing and completing expenses
– Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
– Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to office including phone calls, emails and walk ins, ensuring correct department distribution
– Handles a wide variety of complex and confidential situations and resolves conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office
– Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
– Translate in written and verbal in and from Khmer to English and Chinese vice versa
– Provide word-processing and secretarial support
– Assist in the planning of the preparation of meetings, conferences and conferences telephone calls
– Facilitate preparation and analysis of various reports
Job Requirement
– A’/Diploma/Degree with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience as Executive/Personal Assistant supporting senior management
– Able to speak English and Chinese
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint)
– Outstanding service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
– Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
– High level of reliability, professionalism and discretion
– High EQ and excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
– A high level of productivity, initiative and self-motivation to accomplish tasks.
– Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and to accommodate last-minute changes
– Positive, can-do, and flexible attitude
