Job Description
– Arrange daily shipment and operation
– Strongly follow SOP requirement
– Contact to airline/shipping line for schedule
– Block spaces with Airlines, Shipping Lines and Consolidators .
– Update schedule to buyer and agent
– Checking approval and contact to shipper for any booking approval
– Issue HAWB, HBL,TWB, Draft MBL, Billing Invoice. etc by our own global system
– Update consignee’s system
– Follow up shipment arrival as per schedule
– Preparing document for applying to MOC/Customs
– Support or co-ordinate with other operation staffs
– Weekly report to Manager
– Others assigned by Assistant Manager
