This position will work online as a front desk representative for a hotel in Japan.
– Respond to guest inquiries about accommodations in multiple languages
– Check-in: Requests guest information and authentication of guest identity
– Troubleshooting during the stay: Respond to guest inquiries during the stay.
– Report on the status of response: Provide a report on the details of our response.
– Communicate with guests online using our own proprietary concierge system, telephone, and email
– Other tasks assigned by director.
– Advanced English skill and Good communication skill
– Friendly and have advanced knowledge of hospitality
– Good computer MS and Google Tools skill especially in Excel
– Working experience in customer services in hotel industry for more than 1 year
– Under 26 years old
– Able to work afternoon till around 12:00pm.
– Female preferred
– Working experience as a Receptionist and strong knowledge of overall reception operation
– Able to speak Japanese, Korean or Chinese (depending on each ability) are eligible for a salary increase
