Job Description
– Responsible for supervising local staff and offices
– Communicate and negotiate with factory workers
– Correspondence with the Ministry of Labor
– Update existing company’s HR policy to follow with the current labor law
– Handle staff recruitment
– Improve the efficiency of allotting company’s cars to visit several customer’s places
– Handle administration documents
– Check the progress of each admin section (HR, accounting, finance, salary payment, and labor law related things)
– Interpret between Japanese management and Cambodian staffs from admin department
Job Requirement
– Able to use Japanese N2 level to interpret between Japanese management and Cambodian staffs
– Has a leadership
– Has strong mentality
– Male
– Smart person who can understand questions properly and can answer correct Japanese
– Able to use English good level
– Able to visit customers if needed
– Able to use Microsoft office
– Has a good communication skill and can talk confidently in front of many workers
– Non smoker and no Tattoo
Priority
– Possess a strength and experience of any admin/HR fields
– Has experience of garment industry
