Job Description
– Establishes and maintains network performance.
– Hands-on Implementation and troubleshooting in networking and system infrastructure.
– Remote Management and monitoring of Enterprise network infrastructure.
– Handling network/security support, problem management, managing network performance and proactively identifying issues before they become customer affecting.
– Able to Create and review Method Of Procedure (MOP) and/or Standard Operating Procedure document (SOP) Plan
– Execute Change Management processes Performance Tuning of network devices and create Service Improvement Plans.
– Secures network systems by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access.
– Accomplishes information systems and organization missions by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirement
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Experience in Enterprise products such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo-Alto, HPE, Dell.
– Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field
– Friendly and outgoing personality
– Self-motivated and driven by achieving goals.
– Advanced communication of English
– Self motivated and driven by achieving goals
– Able to travel locally overseas.
– Can work under pressure and meet company’s policy
Priority
– Experience of working at Telecommunication company
– Advantage for candidates who hold CCNA, CCNP, NSE4-7, PCCSE or any IT relevant certifications.
– Experience on Managed service is preferable.
– Working experience in an international company.
