We are looking for experienced Merchant Sales officers that can accomplish action plans to acquire potential merchants on-site and maintain relationships with them. This role will be developing and executing new merchants, driving growth with high communication skills.
– Outdoor Merchant visit based on the plan provided by the team leader, and supervisor to complete the target by creating effective referral networks
– Provide highly consultative and sales merchant products which suitable to customers demands
– QR Code sticker and designs installment and merchant training
– Manage sales information and sales forecast compared to the market.
– Cooperates with the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management
– Take proper action to fasten the process to satisfy customers demands
– Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
– At least 1-3 year experience in sales or marketing (especially in financial industry is preferred)
– Fluent in Khmer and have a Good English skill
– Basic knowledge of banking operations
– Excellent customer service skill, Sales & negotiation and relationship building skill
– Fresh graduate from finance, banking, accounting, or business in any relevant field can apply
– Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
– Passion for work, teamwork and commitment for success and a fast-learner
– Male preferred
– Fresh graduate/non-experienced but high IQ can apply
– Working experience in an international or financial industry
– Deep understanding of Cambodian markets, especially in financial services a plus
– Utilize knowledge of merchant processing including pricing, association requirements, and risk
– Working experience as an Outdoor sales and develop new sales route
– Experience with software platforms including e-commerce processing/technology, point of sale software/terminals, and alternative payment solutions a plus
