Job Description
-Develops marketing plan (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) and sales strategy to ensure obtaining the company sales goals.
-Create customer list and maintain full information of opportunities, tasks and customer visits.
-Establish company branding and work with the sales and marketing team to provide support materials for their business objectives.
-Build and manage the overall marketing plan, activity plan, budgeting and resources needed to accomplish the marketing target and sale target too.
-Conduct marketing research (Competitor Marketing Research) on other projects to analyze and generate insights to improve the marketing and sales strategy.
-Manage the report and utilize social media and digital platforms as a professional tool for marketing way.
-Increase qualified subscribers for the company social media channels/pages/accounts.
-Produce engaging and value contents for company advertisement channels to attract and convert into right target customers
-Manage on event organizing and ensure all event materials are presented timely and accurately to stakeholders and attendees.
-Prepare the event report and analyze event performance, data, feedback & overall result.
-Provide report weekly, monthly and annual of Marketing department to management.
-Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
-Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales manager preferably in the property industry.
-Leadership skill, strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded
-Be smart, honest, friendly, hardworking, high initiative and passion
-Good problem-solving skill, team work and considerable.
-Good in English (writing and speaking)
-Experience of managing individuals and teams
-Good communication and reporting skills.
