Job Description

– Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
– Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at property level and at a corporate level
– Updating knowledge of sales related include updating and managing social media profiles with new ideas to achieve sales target
– Maintaining accurate information on company website, and designing promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives
– Managing with all suppliers with 3 quotes, contacting venue company to set up event for sales purpose and exposure
– Able to work on weekend or late night to help up event venue with contractors
– Drafting press releases, representing the company to media outlets, developing annual forecasts, and seeking to minimize marketing expenses
– Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
– Providing monthly report on Marketing performance

Job Requirement

– Bachelor degree in related field
– Good English (Writing /Speaking), ability to speak Chinese is preferable
– At least 2 years experiences in Marketing Real estate sector
– Be able to work at field/project site.


– Annual Leave 15 days per a year
– Public Holiday Follow Prakas from MoL
– Info of allowance Provide meal allowance with USD2.5 per a day (only day coming work)
– Insurance NSSF
