JOB DESCRIPTION
<Position Summary>
A Marketing Assistant Manager for a Japanese retail store, which is going to have its stores 35 in big malls in 2022.
The duties of this position are getting more recognition from customers, branding, video marketing, etc.
Your main responsibilities are:
– Plan the marketing strategies discussing with GM, store teams, purchasing teams and other related teams.
– Plan and create video contents that aim to suggest the new life style to the Cambodia Market by using the stores new products.
– Release them on SNS and YouTube.
– Analyze the customer satisfactions, feedback and reviews and take actions to improve the current situations
– Social Media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok.
– Offline media advertising such as digital signage, billboard, etc.
– Cooperate with outside agencies and advertising suppliers.
– Sometimes negotiation to get better conditions are required.
– Supporting managers upon their request.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Advanced level of English fluent enough to work with foreigner managements
– Bachelors degree
– 5 years of experience in Marketing positions
– Experience in short video marketing either on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc. Able to plan the video marketing strategy by own.
– Good researching skills online and offline
– Experience in high-standard work environment (no legal violation)
PRIORITY
– Work experience in an international company under foreigner management
– Not job hopper. At least over 3 years of constant work length in previous companies
– Have studied in oversea universities and graduate schools
– Good knowledge and experiences in video marketing in Cambodian market
