Job Description
– Understand orphanage children and provide appropriate support for independence.
– Coordinate and guide the children so that they can enjoy eating, living, studying, etc.
– Manage staff to keep the facility clean and provide a comfortable living environment, and teach children how to clean and organize.
– Provide learning guidance and career counseling to help children step up to their dreams.
– Prepare Japanese lesson materials for children and provide classes on weekends in free time (N5 level)
– Report monthly and weekly activities to the Japanese headquarters and organizations.
– Liaise with the Ministry of Labor, Worker Dispatch Association, and other relevant agencies as appropriate.
– Other duties as assigned by headquarters.
Job Requirement
– Fast learner and Good communicator
– Love to take care of children and interested in Japan’s education system
– Able to live or commute to work in Pursat province for a long term
– Experience working for an international company, especially a Japanese-affiliated company.
– Bachelor’s degree holder in Cambodia or work experience in Japan
– Have writing and conversational skills equivalent to JLPT N2
– Be honest, ambitious, and interested in learning and teaching.
Priority
– Studied/Worked in Japan before
– Hometown is in Pursat area
– Experience in teaching Japanese classes
– Experience in orphanage, school, or related field
– Have daily conversational level of English (able to teach English as needed)
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required)
