Job Description
– Repair and maintenance company production machine
– Follow and facilitate machine maintenance work
– Conduct and report daily maintenance check
(Daily Maintenance Check List, PM Check List)
– Calibrate and confirm individual and sharing tools
– Prepare machine records
– Follow direction from supervisor
– Conduct assigned work
– Follow company code of practice and company regulation
– Work in the way that minimize the impacts to environment, and keep safety.
Job Requirement
– Age: 22 30 years
– Sex: Male would be preferable for work late at night
– Education: Hold bachelors degree or High Vocational in Mechanics, Electric, Electronic,
Automation Control, or relevant fields.
– Primary mathematics ability
– Can use English for communication
– Good at PC skill (Excel, word, Power Point)
– Open mind & team work mind
– Friendliness toward all employees
– Understand basic Maintenance skill & general drawing
(Ex. Piping diagram, Electrical drawing)
– Must be able to repair Machine (PLC, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, mechanic)
– Be able to use Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, Argon Welding
– Understand TPM Concept
– Be able to transform simple drawing with PC
– Be able to improve equipment and JIGs
– Be able to work overtime (until late in the night) or holiday in emergency situations such as equipment failure.
