Job Description

– Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
– Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance
– Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements
– Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs
– Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues
– Getting completed pre-alert document from shipping agent at Korea when GMG getting new shipment.
– Any problem with transit permits processing at Vietnam side.
– Follow up delivery plan
– Checking clearance document before processing customs clearance.
– Review duty and tax calculation
– Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
– Proficient in customs affairs and control the import and export process of goods
– Supervise the storage system and on-site operation efficiency
– Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
– Set departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
– Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
– Hold responsibility for department budget

Job Requirement

– Education MBA or BBA degree graduate or other related
– 7-10 years’ experience as Logistic Operation Management
– Good understanding of office management and Logistic Operation Management
– Especially trading Management company import export clearance procedure properly (car, spare part)
– Well-organized with management processing\
– Good communication skill
– Advanced level in English
– Excellent knowledge of computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
– Business or relevant field is a strong management advantage
