Job Description
This role is responsible for arranging deliveries to facilitate the import and export of parts between internal. They will work closely with and report to the factory manager of the company.
Your main responsibilities are:
[Logistics Planning]
– Create Operation manual for internal Logistics including designing area layout, delivery route, and time schedule
– Calculate workload and estimate required manpower for Internal logistics operation
[ Parts Logistics Operation Management ]
– Create Un-packing schedule and update result
– Create Returnable Shipping schedule and book enough space
[ Emergency countermeasures ]
– Instruction and Module management for the cases of being robbed
– RE-order by CPO or SPO
(*CPO=Component Parts Order / SPO=Sample Parts Order)
– Packing arrangement for re-export parts
[ Parts Quality & Inventory Control ]
– Communicate and Confirm Damage/Shortage/Miss Packing condition
– Send ER/SMQR* to Exporter
*(ER: Early Report/ SMQR: Shortage and/or Mispacking Quality Report)
– Summarize Cost for Scrap /Rework/Sorting and Create Invoice
Job Requirement
– Must have a valid drivers’ license
– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Good to Advanced English
– Computer literacy able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
– Basic mathematics skills
– Excellent communication skills to work closely with related parties
– Confidence in physical strength
– Work experience in an international company with a foreign manager
Priority
– Work experience in an automotive related industry
– Experience in high-standard work environment (no legal violation)
– Able to speak in Japanese is an advantage
