<Summery>
This position will work under a Japanese chef, assisting cooking, ordering supplies, and preparing dishes. This is a rare opportunity to work for a very successful president of restaurant, which is already popular in Cambodia, and a work environment with a high degree of freedom and the ability to take on more challenges as desired.
– Cooking assistance (crab processing, tempura preparation, rice preparation, vegetable cutting, washing dishes, etc.)
– Cleaning and tidying up on the kitchen table to keep it safe and clean
– Checking the inventory and Ordering from suppliers as needed
– Purchasing as needed
– Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
– Experience as a chef or cooking assistant in a restaurant
– Have good manners appropriate for a high class restaurant
– Basic English skill
– Clean and proper appearance
– Non-smoker
Priority
– Experience working in a high-end restaurant or bar
– Good at English in speaking for communicating with Japanese Head chef
– Able to speak Japanese is a plus.
