Job Description
– As a member of an oversea subsidiary of the Japanese accounting firm, you need to provide professional service for corporate clients including tax advisory, accounting outsourcing, business consulting and tax audit support.
Your main role will be:
– Preparation/Reviewing of a monthly and annual tax filing
– Preparation/Reviewing of a monthly balance sheet and income statement using an accounting software
– Dealing with Tax Auditor/officer and preparation/reviewing protest letter/any administration letters/documents to submit to relevant Ministries/Departments.
– Dealing with a corporate registration matter
– Reporting to superior regarding the progress of work
– Developing and growing skills and minds of team members
– Identifying issues and problems within operation and providing the idea for
improvement
– Preparation/Reviewing E-Filling as well as desktop application
– Other tasks assigned by superior
– Monitor junior staffs work and consult for the difficult cases
Job Requirement
– Bachelors degree in Accounting or related major
– Basic Accounting knowledge, (account equation, accrue basic, journal entry, definition of each financial statement etc)
– Taxes knowledge, (record financial transactions, prepare monthly/yearly tax declaration etc)
– Basic Knowledge of relevant rule or regulations
– Communication skill
– Can use Quickbooks to record financial transactions by using journal entry function, some function and know how to export from system to excel
– Time management skill
– Problem solving
– Advisory skill
– English for daily business conversation
Priority
– Graduated from CamEd
– Work experience in a professional accounting firm
– Japanese speaker is welcome
– Taxes knowledge, being able to record financial transactions and prepare monthly/yearly tax declaration
– Can use QuickBooks to record financial transactions by using journal entry function, some function and know how to export from system to excel
– High IQ (5 or more) at Camup test
