Job Description
This position will act as a Japanese interpreter for several hospitals. We already have one staff member and will take turns working on holidays and overtime in case of emergency on a rotating basis so that you can support each other’s work.
– To attend doctor’s medical examination in hospitals and clinics
– Translate between doctor and patient mainly in Japanese and Khmer
(Translation tasks also incurs in reception procedures, medical explanations, insurance applications, and payment procedures)
– Provide sales assistance with in-field experience as well as lectures
– Visit hospitals (Mainly Royal Phnom Penh Hospital) for emergency cases. You are required to go even weekend/night time in this case. **Overtime fee is to be paid following the Cambodia Labor Law.
– Summarize report and submit it to Manager and related departments
Job Requirement
– Business level in Japanese (N2 or more)
– Capable of typing in Japanese using Kanji
– Working experience in a Japanese company
– Willing to help people by implementing Cambodian medical services and being able to learn medical terms to achieve that goal
– Don’t mind working on Saturdays, Sundays, Public holidays and outside of business hours in emergent cases
– Must have strong sense of responsibility
Priority
– English, Thai, or Chinese speaking is a plus
– Living near Royal Phnom Penh Hospital
– Experienced in medical industry are welcome.
– Able to work from March 2023
