– Assistant for Chinese and Japanese manager
– Translation between Japanese and Chinese
– Employee attendance records
– Confirmation of daily production
– Prepare daily and monthly reports
– Petty cash management report
– Employee management report (employment contract and renewal)
– Handle other tasks if required
Job Requirement
– Able to speak and write Japanese and Chinese
– Able to translate between Japanese and Chinese
– Able to work with Chinese staff
– Able to use Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Already graduated school
– Able to work under pressure
