JOB DESCRIPTION

The IT Network Engineers role is to monitor, support network connection all branches and contact to provider for any error fixing process and also support computer hardware software installation and assist team for doing operation smoothly.
– Monitoring and troubleshooting connection issue both LAN and WAN
– Provide a computer support, Fixed software error and installation
– Process purchase new IT equipment per request from operation
– Configure Internet connection, router, switches and so on
– Collaborate with network architects to optimize system performance
– Design, develop, implement, and maintain network infrastructure
– Create log report for all issue relate to network & Internet connection
– Set up and manage VPN site to site
– Monthly Backup Configuration for router and switch

JOB REQUIREMENT

– Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field of study with a network
engineering focus.
– Have a basic English skills (sometimes you have to translate English documents)
– Able to use Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel(Advanced), Power point, Emails), and HR system
– At least 2 years of experiences in network infrastructure installation
– Intelligence and responsibility
– Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
– Well understand of LAN, WAN, Logical IP address and IP Subnet
– Good command of English: writing, reading and listening
– Can accept the company policy
– Able to work on Holiday or weekend or overnight if needed

PRIORITY

– Experience of finance industry
– Able to speak English at Advanced level
– Can use all Microsoft Office at advanced
– Able to speak and write Japanese
– Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, and controllers.
– Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
