Job Description
– Prepare internal control report, conduct audit committee meetings to obtain approval from the chair of the audit committee, and submit it to NBC.
– Prepare and develop an annual audit plan and audit activities.
– Conduct audit committee meetings.
– Preparing audit reports and getting approval from the chair of the audit committee.
– Brief on the work plan, audit charter, audit program, and other necessary documents for implementing internal audit.
– Conduct regular field visits.
– Write audit finding reports and issue recommendations.
– Conduct meetings and report results to the chairman of the audit committee after a completed audit.
– Received an improvement report on the audit results of the audited department by the due date.
– Other work related to internal audit.
Job Requirement
– Bachelors degree in finance and banking or business administration or relevant field.
– At least 4 years in auditing or related field
– Able to speak English at Good level
– Be honest, teamwork, and good communication skill.
– Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, Quick Books, Internet & Email).
– Good critical-thinking skills to gather all of the available data and make informed decisions.
– Able to handle pressure and tight deadline.
Priority
– Background in the financial sector (MFI or Banking, Accounting field)
– Have knowledge of accounting, tax
– Work experience in an Japanese company
– Work experience in Auditing in financial industry
– Able to speak Japanese is a plus
