Job Description

– Prepares improves strategy, long term annual audit plan according to existing risk profiles company business plans.
– Prepares budget plan Internal Audit Department, including estimation salary benefit, staff resources, training, travels, supports audit work.
– Develops and updates audit manual, audit programs/checklists, and working papers as well.
– Manages, supervises, reviews work all Internal Audit Staff.
– Performs unannounced audits, special examinations, fraud investigations, assignments the request management, board, staff.
– Provides technical administrative supports the board audit committee needed.
– Conducts yearly audits to ensure that audits add the value of the company.
– Plans, recruits, motivates, manages Internal Audit Staff, ensure efficiency adequacy internal audit activities.
– Provides orientation annual training Internal Audit Staff keep competency.
– Conducts appraisal Internal Audit Staff, including setting objectives regular monitoring.
– Coordinates external auditors, bank supervisors, other external assessors evaluate when required.
– Provides internal audit reports to management and audit committee.
– Consults management staff the organization staff improvement operation other issues.
– Designs implements Company’s annual audit plan, structured around audit engagements in order to address risks incurred by business operations.
– Leads team complete audit assignments.
– Plans, controls perform audit assignments adherence the internal policies procedures, rules, regulations guidelines issued by regulatory authorities.
– Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA, ACCA/CAT, or related field.
– At least 4-year experience auditing financial management.
– Strong knowledge of internal control structures, management skills.
– Good understanding of the national legal framework, including taxation legal compliances.
– Integrity, honest, principled individual.
– Able to make sound judgments, relevant practical recommendations.
– Good interpersonal skills, including ability coach train others.
– Excellent track records throughout professional careers.
