Job Description
Provide full daily HR support across Active People’s Microfinance Institution Plc. in relation to recruitment, compliance, training development, compensation & benefit, employee motivation, staff retention and system management in order to create best practice and working environment.
– Handle company compliance to Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training
– Assist monthly payroll and NSSF payment
– Prepare Job Offer Letter, the Employment Contract for new hires and Probation Confirmation Letter
– Monitor all kinds of Leave
– Develop recruitment strategies, conduct recruitment processes for all level of staff
– Do weekly and monthly recruitment report
– Prepare and conduct training to employees on hard and soft skills
– Put the date in the HR System (Data Management)
– Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
– Have a basic English skills (sometimes you have to translate English documents)
– Able to use Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel(Advanced), Power point, Emails), and HR system
– At least 1 year experience in HR
– Intelligence and responsibility
– Can accept the company policy
– Strong attention to detail, Hardworking, Loyal, and Flexible
Priority
– Experience of finance industry
– Able to speak English at Advanced level
– Can use all Microsoft Office at advanced
– Able to speak and write Japanese
