– Communicate any HR policies/procedure sharing to employees at the site.
– Support recruitment arrangement
– Support compensation & benefits (attendant, OT etc…)
– Assist for arrangement any employee events.
– Inspect on contractors to make sure they comply with the labor law.
– Deal with provincial labor department
– Arrange induction for new employee at the site (some level only)
– Bachelor Degree HR/Administrative, Law or related field
– At least two-year experiences in HR functions.
– Good at using Microsoft Office programs.
– High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Khmer.
– Good planning & organizing skills.
– Integrity and good coordination skills.
