– Design Recruitment Process
– Manage Contact Point on Recruitment ex) Posting, Event, Interviewer etc.
– Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting
recruitment ads, checking references, and participating in interview.
– Inform new members of HR Policies
– Design Selection Criterion & Process
– Execute Selection Process 1) logical CV screening 2) logical interview
– Manage Internal Appeal for Referral Recruitment
– Manage Closing Process of recruitment, Ex: Follow up candidate
– Report tasks to the GM/MG
– Admin Works for Recruitment
– Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration
– Command of English for business communication
– Able to worked under a foreigner boss
– Preferred 3 years of Human Resources experience
– Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications and Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail)
– Work experience in an international company is greatly welcome
